And the entire time there was a tab open in the back of my head running numbers I didn’t ask it to run. To everyone who has ever “relaxed” like this, I see you. To everyone who can genuinely put it down, teach me.

Get honest about the real why underneath it, because an arbitrary number won’t survive a hard week. Then reverse engineer the shortest path back to where you’re standing today. Sitting in a room and doing that work 1-on-1 is the most valuable few hours in business. It’s the thing I’m best at, and it’s my favorite thing I do all month.
