Millions tune into your podcast for the life and business knowledge, but also for the audacity, the permission, and the hope you help unlock in them. BUT, what they don’t see are the late nights… even the sleepless nights. The constant working weekends… the tough moments where you have every reason to give up but somehow you don’t. The past few years have been tougher for you than anyone realizes, yet you’ve shown up with more grit, heart, and resilience than I’ve ever witnessed. That strength is exactly why you are where you are today, and the real reason that people look up to you 🙏🏻 One of my favorite things about you is how excited you get over new ideas — new possibilities… the way you light up and dive in with everything you’ve got to make them happen. Pivot? No problem! Lost money? No problem! Industry changing? No problem! Your enthusiasm and determination outweigh any of these challenges. And then of course there’s your goofy sense of humor… the jokes, the random moments, the little things that only we find funny (because no other mature adult would or should haha!) — it’s one of the best parts of being married to you, because you keep me laughing through it all 🙏🏻 And somehow, even while building your MASSIVE dreams, you take such amazing care of “the boys” (🐩🐕‍🦺) and keep our home filled with love (and almond milk coffee creamer!) 😝 This doesn’t go unnoticed or unappreciated. Lori, I TRULY believe this next year is going to be your BREAKOUT YEAR — the one where all the work, all the belief, all the sacrifice, and all the momentum you’ve fought for finally meets its moment! It’s not magic, or luck, it’s strategic. Want to d It’s not magic, or luck, it’s strategic. Want to double your revenue this year? Then use my formula: INCREASE MARKETING SPEND 50% IMPROVE CONVERSION RATE BY 25% INCREASE PRICING BY 7.5% Explanation: Let’s say last year you generated 2000 leads on $10,000 in marketing spend, converted sales at 5%, and were priced at $900. Your year would end up generating $90,000… In theory, increasing your marketing spend by 50% should bring in 50% more leads for the year. So if you spent $10,000 last year to get 2000 leads, spend $15,000 this year to get 3000 leads. Improving your conversion rate on all of your leads by 25% would mean taking your closing rate from 5% to 6.25%. (It does not mean going from 5% to 30%. Make sense?) Thus, instead of closing 5% of 2000 leads like last year (100 sales), you’d convert 6.25% of 3000 leads this year (187 sales)… Lastly, bump your prices by 7.5%. If your product was $900 last year, $970 this year. Thus, 187 sales x 970 = 181,390 this year! DOUBLE!!! 👏👏 DM me your numbers after you run the math! It works!
