How To Step Into Mastering Resistance


Lori and I have been pushing up against a lot of resistance lately. But, we’ve made a commitment to consistently step into resistance because we know that we’ll be rewarded for it in the long run. 

It can be so tempting to choose the easier, more comfortable option, but once you start training yourself to push through the resistance, all of the things that you really want are waiting for you on the other side. We discuss how this has shown up in our lives in the past and set a plan for how we’re going to work through the resistance we’re feeling right now.
