I love hearing success stories – especially from individuals who found theirs from the ground up. My guest today, Danny Morel, is one of these stories. Considered the “man of the house” at an early age after a cross-country move from New York to California, he shouldered a lot in order to protect and provide for his family. From driving at age 13 to starting his first business at age 18, he knew he was wired for more in life.
Since that time, Danny has run successful businesses, only to lose everything when the market crashed, and once again fought his way back to become the owner of several businesses that earn more than $40 million in revenue. Crediting much of his success to his thought process, he unknowingly (and luckily for us) lays out a step-by-step plan to help others get what they want, too.

Danny Morel is an author, broker, business owner and leader in the Real Estate industry who resides in Southern California.
With over 20 years’ experience in the real estate business as a coach, mentor and broker, he embarked on a career as a salesperson at 19. By 27 years old, Danny had earned 1.5 million in commissions during the course of one calendar year. Even more impressive was his ABSOLUTE commitment to creating a leveraged business. Danny successfully closed 150 transactions that year while only averaging 4.5 days a week of work, while others struggled to close 30 transactions while working 7 days a week.
His passion for others led him to teach the EXACT principles he followed as a sales person to others through his brokerage that started at zero and within 5 years of opening achieved 800 million dollars in sales annually. In 2017, his brokerage closed nearly 1 billion dollars in sales volume in only its 6th full year in business. His companies have been featured on the Inc 500 and Inc5 000 lists as one of the fastest growing companies in America between 2015 and 2017.
People that work with Danny experience transformations that are typically unheard of. 30, 50 even 400% increase in production within 12 months are common play.
In 2017 he authored his first book, The Resilience Road Map to provide his step-by-step philosophy of success to entrepreneurs worldwide and launched M.PIRE University, an online coaching university for entrepreneurs now hosting hundreds of clients.
When not working on improving the lives of others, Danny enjoys time with his beautiful wife, Claudia and their three boys.
