Rob Murgatroyd On Why You Need To Fight For The Life You Want

EP.730

My friend Rob Murgatroyd is one of the strongest examples in my life of what it looks like to live in alignment and follow your intuition. He’s truly mastered the art of living authentically and chasing what matters most, which for him is quality time with his family and community.

In our conversation, Rob shares the story of how he and his family moved from Manhattan Beach, California to Florence, Italy and how it completely changed their lifestyle. Like so many Americans, he was fed up with the rat-race environment and felt burnt out from feeling like he was always behind.

Rob highlights some ways that we can tap into the Italian approach to living, even if becoming an expat isn’t on our bucket list. He also describes simple strategies to balance ambition with enjoyment and adopt the work hard, play hard mindset.
