The whole world has been disrupted lately, and that’s been putting a lot of business plans on hold. But even if you’re waiting for inventory, even if you can’t sell your product, there’s still so much you can be doing in your business in the meantime. So don’t sit around waiting for something to happen. I’m going to share what you need to be doing in your business – even when you can’t launch or sell.
You need to be building your lists. There are two lists that you absolutely need to build up: your email and text lists. Even when you can’t sell, they serve as a customer base that you can launch to. But building that up before you have a product can be tricky.
To get people to sign up, you have to offer something of high value – obviously besides the product itself. This is where you get to be creative. What’s something you can offer to your customer that is going to add value and ingratiate them to your brand? Get people to fall in love with your brand so that when the product is ready, they are eager to buy!
