5 Valuable Lessons As I Turn 45

EP.701

As I celebrate my 45th birthday, I’ve been taking some time to reflect on five lessons that have really helped me get to where I am today.

I wish when I was younger, someone would’ve told me that you have to be unapologetic about your message and purpose, and worry less about the few naysayers in your life. I’ve learned that you need to monetize what brings you joy, be a creator instead of a consumer, and play the long game. My eagerness to learn and consistent gratitude practice have also played a huge role in my success.
